This article will explain the best practices to report a game bug. It will answer the following questions:
Where should I send my report?
Bug reports posted in our official forum will enable other players to chime in on your experience and possibly share information giving us a more comprehensive view of the effect of the bug. Alternatively, you can contact our support team directly by submitting a new request.

What information should I include?
A bug report should include:
- Summary of the bug
- Detailed reproduction steps
- Frequency (happened once, some times, or 100% of the time when steps are followed)
- Game mode (Host/Client/Single player/Offline)
- Players in your game
- Platform (PC or specific model of console)
- Device specifications
- Images / Videos (attached or linked)
